Stephen Ozoigbo is Senior Director of Business Development for Emerging Economies for the technology company ARM. In this position he oversees all aspects of business across a new set of digital economies and growth markets. Stephen's prior roles include CEO of the African Technology Foundation and Managing Partner for Lions@frica where he was responsible for innovation, investment and internationalization activities for startups and technology ecosystems. He also served as a Foreign Direct Investment Manager for the Government of Catalonia and oversaw a myriad of technology projects, policies and initiatives that supported stakeholders related to the Mobile World Congress in Barcelona. Within the greater Los Angeles Area, Stephen has served as the International Advisor to Studio school and was previously a Banker at Citigroup. Stephen has an MBA in Global Business from the Graziadio School at Pepperdine University and a certificate in Behavioral Finance and Investment Decisions from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
