Wafa J. Hoballah, attorney at law, specializes in International and Immigration law, representing clients across the globe in business, commercial and corporate law. She has worked with clients from Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia, focusing on major aspects of international business transactions, negotiations, due diligence investigations, development, financing and joint ventures. Her practice focuses on international investments, employment and investment based immigration. Ms. Hoballah has a strong commitment to giving back and has been a keynote speaker and featured panelist on a broad range of topics at conferences, organizational meetings and for special delegations. She has given presentations and is an educator of communities, not only in business, but also on topics such as Human Rights Political Asylum, VAWA, and the dangers and aftermath of Human Trafficking. For all her years of community contributions, Ms. Hoballah is a proud past recipient of the Arab American Lawyers Association's Judge James Kaddo Award. She is currently a member of the Board of Directors for the Los Angeles Beirut Sister Cities Committee; the Corporate Financial Officer for the Lebanese American Foundation, L.A. Charter; and a Member of DHS/USCIS Community Based Organizations Committee.
